New Acquisition Increases The Paskin Group’s Dallas Presence

The Paskin Group is excited to announce our recent purchase of a 20-unit community in Dallas, Texas. The complex, located at 4335 Cedar Springs, offers 12,600 rentable square feet and is part of a vibrant community.

Located in the Oak Lawn submarket, this community is only a mile away from our other property, The Lure. Oak Lawn boasts a growing job market that offers 310,000 jobs in a three-mile radius and caters to young professionals. The Lure’s Assistant Manager, Brandon Dyer, says the property is close to grocery stores, shopping centers, and even nightlife, all of which is within walking distance. “Oak Lawn is a community-driven neighborhood where [residents] will get to know the best part of what Dallas has to offer,” Dyer says.

Built in 1966 and renovated in 2001, The Paskin Group intends to rename and renovate 4335 Cedar Springs — upgrades will include new modern landscaping and a redesigned and updated pool and outdoor lounge area.

Both properties will be managed through The Lure, our 144-unit community. The Lure can easily support the new property, and both will benefit from a single established office. “It’s a great opportunity for the residents of a smaller community to gain the attention and amenities of a larger one, without losing their quaint community feeling,” says Angela Ohlinger, Regional Manager.
